Steve Salis, the brains behind DC’s beloved Ted’s Bulletin, has partnered up with pastry chef Vincent Griffith to create Sidekick Bakery. The two concepts have officially opened up alongside one another in the new Ballston location. Sidekick is serving up eclectic pastries like their beloved stuffed croissants; offering a variety of sweet and savory flavors like Frostee & Fries and the Reuben Croissant. Although they will be serving the infamous Ted’s Tarts, Sidekick Bakery is still offering a slew of sweet treats like their Millionaires Bar, Cinnamon Toast Crunch Banana Bread, and much more.
