Husband and wife duo, Gabe and Katherine Thompson, have opened their first restaurant: Thompson Italian. Gabe recently helped open RPM while Katherine’s latest job was her stint as pastry chef at Per Se, in New York. The NYC transplants have crafted a modern Italian eatery, with a one-page menu to match. Some standouts include the spicy pork meatballs, octopus, and roasted mushrooms with pancetta.
