Via Sophia has officially opened their doors inside of the Hamilton Hotel. This all-day dining concept offers patrons an authentic yet updated take on Italian cuisine. The culinary concept is being led by Chef Colin Clark who hails from DC’s beloved Fiola Mare. Via Sophia’s speciality lies in their fresh Napoleon pizzas; ranging from their Classic Margherita to the San Marzano and their Fra Diavlo pies. Guests are also able to order classic Italian staples like pasta, chicken, and meat dishes. Borrowing help from an Atlanta based art consulting firm, Via Sophia is decked out in contemporary and abstract decor that creates an inviting and intriguing atmosphere.
