A singular collaboration between ARTECHOUSE and Bourbon Steak augments reality to bring the flowering magic to cell phone screens with a mobile application. Simply order the seasonal cocktail selected by Head Bartender Sarah Rosner, open ARTHOUSE mobile app, and bloom – a special 3D floral art appears over your drink. Snap a photo or record a video to capture your experience. Head bartender Sarah Rosner, who also boasts a green thumb, has created a selection of colorful, garden-style cocktails with garnishes harvested from the terrace’s private herb garden.

Spring Tasting — Columbia Room, has debuted its new spring Tasting Room menu, titled “Floriculture,” which aims to highlight flowers through a thoughtful progression of four cocktails utilizing flowers in unexpected and inventive ways. Owner Derek Brown has explored the use of flower buds, roots, and leaves for years and is excited to invite guests to experience their multi-layered approach to showcasing their versatility beyond garnishes and aromas. The Floriculture menu features four courses of cocktails including Chrysanthemum (Dry Vermouth, Apricot Eau de Vie, Chrysanthemum, Lemon, Absinthe, Sparkling Water, Flowers); Sakura (Sake, Mizo Shochu, Mancino Sakura, Toasted Almond, Kinmokusei, Salt, Acidified Beet Water, Blossoming Flower); Pollinator (Altos Reposado Tequila, Blanc Vermouth, Beeswax, Propolis, Pollen, Aquafaba); Dandelion (Bianco Aperitivo, Botanist Gin, Bitter Bianco, Elixer Vegetal, Orchard Bitters, Dandelion Root, Leaf and Flower). Each cocktail is presented alongside a food pairing from Columbia Room’s Culinary Director, chef Johnny Spero.

Movie Cocktails  — Pennsylvania 6has added new and fun cocktails to their menu paying homage to classic characters and films. In honor of Marlon Brando and his film “Appaloosa,”  (Bulleit, lemon juice, apple cider, and honey simple syrup, garnished with an apple slice). The Razzy Rita pays homage to Rita Hayworth, whom according to legend was the first person to ever order a margarita from a bartender in Tijuana, Mexico. James Bond aficionados are encouraged to try the Basil Royale, a cocktail created with Ursula Andress and her role in “Casino Royale” in mind and more 
Bubbles & Caviar — The Stewart is offering a specialty tasting of Russ & Daughters Osetra Caviar, paired with a select, non-vintage Champagne. This daily fête raises new heights – and a glass– in honor of the grape growers, vintners, and purveyors who preserve the time-honored traditions of this regionally distinct golden bubbly, and to the patrons who savor their work. Offered on Wednesday-through-Saturday evenings from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Champagne and Caviar Hour showcase The Stewart’s Russ & Daughters Osetra Caviar, complemented by two glasses of non-vintage Champagne find roof repair in san diego ca. For ($175), guests can sip on a rotating selection premier pours, carefully chosen by Thad Hoy, who also oversees the haute restaurant, Bas Rouge.
