Let’s Do It Italian-Syle. Start a new tradition this Christmas Eve and treat the family to the Italian-style Feast of Seven Fishes. While not necessarily a tradition in Italy, there is a tradition of eating fish on Christmas Eve that hails back to the Roman Catholics abstaining from meat on the eve of certain holidays, like Christmas. Regardless, feasting on seven fish is delicious and you can get in on all of the goodness too. Carmine’s, the Penn Quarter family-style Italian eatery, will offer the traditional Italian Christmas Eve Feast of the Seven Fishes on Saturday, December 24th. Chef Amy Brandwein’s Feast of Seven Fishes Dinner at Centrolina
Join Centrolina for Chef Amy Brandwein’s Feast of Seven Fishes Dinner on Christmas Eve. The four-course family-style menu celebrates customary Italian dishes with infusions of seasonal, mid-Atlantic flavors. The menu includes a first course (Baccala alla Veneziana and the Scarola e Gamberi), second round (Ricci di Mare e Granchio and Pici alla Luciana), main course (Pesce Spada alla Parmigiana and Cicoria e Finocchio al Forno), and dessert (Struffoli). Feast of the Seven Fishes at Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse
Join Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse on Christmas Eve to celebrate the Feast of the Seven Fishes with good food and great company. Feast of the Seven Fishes at Fiola Mare
Guests are invited to enjoy the traditional Italian Christmas Eve Feast of the Seven Fishes at Fiola Mare. The Feast includes an aperitivo, benvenuto, and bread.  Some menu highlights include L'Isola di Pantelleria, Fungo Marino, Branzino lenticchie e Caviale, and more. The meal costs $350 per guest. Feast of the Seven Fishes at L’Ardente
On Christmas Eve, L’Ardente will be offering a special menu that features two glasses of Veuve Clicquot, La Perla seafood platter, the Campanelle Nere, a squid-inked pasta tossed with lobster, and much more. Chef Tony Chittum's Feast of the Seven Fishes is back this Christmas Eve at Iron Gate. Available from 5:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m., guests are invited to join Iron Gate and enjoy this Italian tradition. The feast is three courses and features menu options such as Local Blue Catfish in Sour, Monkfish, Mavrodaphne Poached Pear, and more.
