Canton Disco has officially opened in Navy Yard, in the space formerly home to Pho Junkies. This Cantonese-inspired restaurant is Designed to evolve throughout the day, Canton Disco offers dinner and late-night dining, takeout and delivery, and will expand to daytime café service this spring. This new restaurant is a partnership between Brian Schram, Timothy Yu, and Brent Kroll. At Canton Disco, Yu presents a menu inspired by Cantonese flavors, drawing from familiar concepts and reinterpreted with his own modern, playful twists. The dinner menu focuses on Cantonese BBQ, seafood, noodle dishes, and shareable plates suited for both small groups and larger gatherings. At Canton Disco, Kroll oversees a beverage program designed to pair with the menu across wine, beer, tea, and spirits. The cocktail list includes twelve tea-infused cocktails inspired by the animals of the Chinese zodiac.
